
Dr. Crowley has been in the practice of surgery since 1993 and has specialized in breast surgery since 2001. She has published over 18 peer reviewed articles on cancer and lymph node dissection. Dr. Crowley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and received her MD from Duke University Medical School. She completed her residency at Vanderbilt University. At Duke University, she was a research fellow, senior resident and chief resident in the Department of General Surgery.
She is a fellow for the American College of Surgeons. She is also affiliated with the American Society of Breast Surgeons, American Society of Breast Disease, Association of Women Surgeons, American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society, and Wake County Medical Society. She was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1994. She serves on the Breast Care Committee at Rex Hospital.
Dr. Crowley is married with two teenage children as well as several dogs and cats and she enjoys martial arts in her spare time.
